Emma Hernon

Emma Hernon is a Civil Engineer at HFA. Once a summer intern for HFA, Emma has six years of industry experience and has progressed from Civil Designer to Civil Engineer. She gained her civil engineering license in 2022. Emma is proficient in Civil 3D, Hydraflow Hydrographs, and Hydroflow Storm Sewers, which she uses when creating construction documents for a variety of clients in commercial, mixed-use, and residential projects. Some of her favorite professional pastimes include analyzing drainage conditions, writing drainage reports, obtaining storm water permits from the state, and designing site layouts for prospective clients.
