Financial Growth Partnership

In an ESOP, HFA provides me with stock in the company each year at no cost to me. The value and quantity of ownership continues to grow every year until I retire or leave HFA. So the better HFA does financially as a company, the better I do financially as an individual. Basically, an ESOP is a profit-sharing program that keeps growing, like an IRA or our 401K, that we can use for retirement.
