Amy Loyd

Since joining HFA in 2010, Amy Loyd has built extensive experience across national retail programs, taking on increasing responsibilities in design, client coordination, and team leadership. Her background working directly on projects and with client teams gives her a practical understanding of project needs and the day-to-day coordination required to keep work moving effectively.

As Team Lead, Amy mentors designers, provides guidance on best practices, monitors schedules and project changes, and contributes to quality reviews, permit coordination, RFIs, and bid questions. She also plays an active role in staff development, onboarding, and performance management, helping support both team growth and consistent project delivery. With a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach, Amy focuses on building strong relationships, maintaining quality, and helping her team identify practical solutions.
