Brittany Pylant

As Director of BIM at HFA, Brittany has been integral in helping HFA transition from AutoCAD to Revit. She has also created and implemented standards and best practices for multiple disciplines, assisted clients and project teams on cutting edge technology integration, and she continues to build and inspire a team dedicated to pushing the industry’s digital boundaries. Brittany began her career in the industry as an Engineer Tech for the Texas Department of Transportation in 2007. She then made her way through various architectural roles in a variety of sectors. In 2014, she was given the opportunity to explore, test, and develop a new way of working with data management and digital collaboration which is still new for most AE firms today. Shortly thereafter, her career began to shift from design coordination to Building Information Modeling (BIM) coordination.
