Cruz Eslick

Cruz Eslick is a Lead Mechanical Engineer at HFA with more than a decade of experience in the A/E industry. He oversees mechanical and plumbing design across multiple teams, primarily supporting retail and commercial projects. His responsibilities include developing construction documents, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development through proposal efforts.

Cruz brings deep expertise in HVAC and plumbing system design, building load calculations, and energy modeling. He’s recognized for his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and collaborative project approach. His professional involvement includes serving as President of the Central Arkansas Chapter of ASHRAE (2021–2022) and receiving the ASHRAE Region VIII STAR Award for Technology Transfer in 2020.
