Dylan Medeiros

Dylan serves as the Learning + Development Specialist for HFA. His mission is to help support our culture by equipping our people with the skills and resources to be successful both personally and professionally. Dylan’s background in communication and his more than 10 years of experience make him adept at talent development, performance improvement, and professional public speaking. His authenticity and emotional intelligence bring his development training to the next level. Dylan has been published in the International Journal of Interactive Communication Systems and Technologies (Vol. 9, Iss.1, January-June 2019) and has Brinkerhoff High Performance Learning Journey (HPLJ) certification. He is guided by the notion that if you are laughing, you are learning.
