Egle Gornick is a Designer at HFA with over 12 years of experience in hospitality and entertainment projects. She leads HFA's Matchstick process, a concepting design service focused on enhancing the patron experience. She also contributes to projects from early concept development through construction.

Her portfolio includes projects such as World Springs, Smash Park, Fielding’s (River Oaks), Home Run Dugout, Golf Ranch, and Zion Canyon Hot Springs. Egle specializes in space planning, detail-oriented design, and creating environments that align with client visions, defined by character and authenticity. She also mentors younger designers, sharing her technical knowledge and design experience to strengthen team collaboration.
