Emily Graham

Emily Graham is the People + Culture Lead at HFA. When she started at HFA in 2019, her main role was working with new hires and in 2021, she was integral in rolling out an all-new onboarding process, giving our talent a better starting point at HFA. After leading our onboarding efforts for 3 years, she transitioned into the HR lead overseeing onboarding, benefits, travel, community service, engagement, leave, and licensing. She was promoted to the People + Culture Lead in 2024 where her passion for people is vital to the success of her role within the team, while she strives to provide as much support as possible, making day to day life at HFA easier
