Greg Schluterman

As a Vice President, Greg provides over 20 years of industry experience and mentorship at HFA. He is dedicated to advancing the company's vision, culture, and purpose. Greg has diverse experience across various business sectors within the company and ensures that the company's growth meets client demand. He has overseen numerous national accounts ranging from ground-up construction to remodels. Greg oversees the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, commissioning, refrigeration, fire protection, and structural teams. Greg is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in 36 states. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Building Energy Auditing Professional, Certified Building Modeling Professional, and a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) established by the Associated Air Balance Council (AABC). Greg is currently a voting member for the ASHRAE 90.1 Energy Cost Budget Subcommittee and helps support his local ASHRAE chapter.
