Harlan Hill

With over 30 years as a licensed Architect and 36 years in the AEC industry, Harlan brings extensive experience to HFA’s Healthcare team in Springfield, Missouri. He currently leads the development and maintenance of the healthcare specifications manual.

His project background includes industrial, retail, healthcare, corporate, and real estate development, as well as aviation, multi-family housing, and senior living. Harlan has managed multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design and construction, overseeing schedules, budgets, and client coordination.

He also brings expertise in property assessments, feasibility studies, and construction administration, including contract negotiations, RFIs, inspections, and project closeout. His previous role as a Code Administrator for the City of Springfield strengthened his skills in code compliance and regulatory review.
