James Mann

James has more than 20 years of combined design and construction industry experience. Early in James' career, he obtained many years of construction experience in all construction types, including industrial, commercial, and residential. His hands-on construction experiences have given him unique and advantageous knowledge when approaching architectural projects and design challenges. James is a Project Architect for large retail and mercantile projects. He helps lead a team through the many different phases of a project's life. Some of these phases include site investigations, project conceptualizations, design development, and supervision of construction documents to meet client expectations and to obtain discretionary and permitting approvals for governing agencies throughout the country.
