Jerry Carter

Jerry Carter is a Senior Construction Administrator at HFA. In this role, Jerry is primarily responsible for performing site visits to ensure that projects are in compliance with the construction documents provided by the design team, client, or AHJ. Jerry also has a hand in monitoring construction progress, including monitoring RFIs and change orders. He brings more than 40 years of construction experience to his role at HFA, providing insight and expertise in various industries including but not limited to multi-family residential, retail, hospitality, entertainment, and office spaces.
