Julie Chambers is a Team Lead and Architect at HFA with more than 25 years of experience in commercial, residential, restaurant, government, and educational projects. As a member of the Chick-fil-A Prototype Team, she brings a meticulous yet innovative approach to design, ensuring projects are both functional and forward-thinking. Her expertise spans all phases of design and construction, informed by years of collaboration with contractors and construction managers. Julie excels at fostering cooperative relationships, ensuring alignment with budgets, and gaining buy-in from all stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Julie has successfully led large, multi-disciplinary teams, including up to twelve consultants on award-winning projects. She holds a LEED AP BD+C credential and continues to expand her expertise through additional certification efforts, reflecting her commitment to advancing design quality and inclusivity. Known for fostering cooperative relationships, aligning with budgets, and achieving stakeholder buy-in, Julie ensures every project receives the same level of care and attention.

She is also active in her community through leadership with AIA Northwest Arkansas, Friends of Fayetteville Parks, and service within her faith community.
