She oversees licensing and certification requirements nationwide, helping individuals and firms navigate applications, renewals, continuing education, and evolving professional practice regulations.

Kellie leads the Licensing Team and guides employees pursuing licensure, providing support with professional records, exam applications, educational resources, and the steps required to achieve professional licensure and certification. She also manages organizational renewals and related compliance documentation.
