Lisa Hess, a seasoned financial leader, is the Chief Financial Officer at HFA. Armed with an Accounting degree and an MBA in International Finance and Economics from the University of South Florida, she earned her Certification in Management Accounting in 2015. With more than 12 years in A+E/Construction Administration finance, Lisa excels in developing, monitoring, and optimizing financial performance across diverse projects. Her expertise includes ERP implementations, profit analysis, and risk management. Lisa, who cares deeply about organizational culture, holds certificates in Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals (2020) and Strategy and Competitive Analysis (2021). Lisa’s initial goals as CFO include laying the groundwork for bringing more automation and analytics to HFA’s financial workflows.
