Luke Dinger is an experienced professional specializing in leadership development, talent growth, and organizational strategy. As a People & Culture leader with eight years of experience across diverse industries, Luke has a proven track record of fostering employee engagement and aligning development initiatives with organizational goals.

Luke began his career in the retail coffee industry, where he advanced from Director of Retail Coffee to Director of Sales, cultivating strong relationships with wholesale clients and leading a high-performing sales team during a period of significant expansion. This foundation paved the way for his transition into the seafood industry, where he gained extensive account management experience, collaborating with national retailers to optimize category performance.

He later expanded his expertise in retail brokerage, focusing on analytics for Walmart and Sam’s Club accounts. Here, his passion for nurturing talent and strengthening organizational capabilities took root, ultimately inspiring his transition to the People & Culture space. At a travel nursing agency, Luke spearheaded initiatives in leadership, talent development, and employee engagement, driving positive culture change and advancing organizational effectiveness.

Currently, Luke oversees and refines company-wide learning and development programs. His responsibilities include conducting annual needs assessments, developing training strategies aligned with business objectives, and designing or sourcing impactful training materials. His skill set includes leadership competency strategy, organizational chart development, crisis response planning, and employee counseling.

Luke holds a B.S. in Business Administration and will complete his M.S. in Counseling in December 2024, after which he plans to become a licensed counselor in Arkansas. His unique blend of business acumen, analytical insight, and counseling expertise positions him as a dynamic leader in employee development and organizational strategy.
