Randy Sauer

Randy Sauer is a Senior Vice President helping lead one of HFA's largest retail client teams. He brings three decades of experience across retail design and construction, giving him a broad understanding of both project delivery and client needs. His work is grounded in strong client relationships and effective team operations.  

Growth-minded in his approach, Randy believes strongly in servant leadership and focuses on building strong teams, developing people, and helping clients succeed. His experience includes creating and implementing a Market Sector Leadership Group at a large A&E firm. The group connected subject matter experts to share knowledge and strengthen the firm’s market focus.  

Randy hails from Oregon and has also spent portions of his career living and working in Texas and Southern California, shaping a perspective informed by experience across multiple regions.
