Ryan Ray

Ryan is the COO of HFA. As COO, Ryan’s focus is making sure the day-to-day operations at HFA are running smoothly, which often means making sure our people and clients are supported in accordance with our purpose and culture code. Seeing our people succeed, develop, and grow is something that continues to motivate him daily.

Ryan received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Arkansas in 1997, giving him more than 20 years of experience within the AE industry. Ryan's engineering expertise focused on finding design solutions to HVAC, Plumbing, and Med Gas challenges in industries such as retail, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial facilities, including both new and remodeled facilities. Ryan is a proud member of ASHRAE.
