With nearly 20 years of design experience, Vivian Baek has built a career rooted in interior architecture, with the past eight years focused on commercial kitchen design and consulting. Her background combines interior design expertise with hands-on experience across restaurant environments, including work with large quick-service restaurant chains, giving her a strong understanding of both spatial design and kitchen operations.

At HFA, Vivian helps integrate kitchen planning directly into the architecture and engineering process, improving coordination between disciplines and helping teams work together in the earlier stages of a project. Her adaptability and depth of design experience have helped shape and strengthen HFA’s kitchen design capabilities. Drawing on experience across both interiors and food service, Vivian contributes a practical, well-rounded perspective to projects requiring intentional coordination between front-of-house, back-of-house, and technical requirements.
