Our workplace strategy programmers developed a plan that accommodates over 250 workpoints, with a main lab and office, a small incubator lab and office, and additional office space for global visitors, plus amenities. Collaboration, efficiency and natural light were incorporated throughout the design.
While adhering to their existing brand identity, they also wanted to incorporate new local elements, showcasing the pride in stationing its US headquarters in the world’s capital of pharma science. HFA partnered with Columbia Construction for an efficient design build which requires quick coordination with all consultants.
