New tenant improvement within the retail level of a parking garage, creating a 2,118 square foot clinical suite for cosmetology and dermatology services for women. The project included a small retail area, lounge, exam rooms, and treatment spaces designed to balance functionality with a welcoming patient experience.
HFA provided programming, preliminary design studies, construction documents including MEP and fire protection engineering, and construction administration. The compact footprint required creative solutions to maximize efficiency within the limited space. Close coordination with Shawmut Design and Construction ensured the successful installation of finishes throughout the project.
