HFA Welcomes Ana Larranaga as New Client Partnerships Lead

The industrial sector is moving fast—and so is HFA. Meet Ana Larranaga, our newest Client Partnerships Lead, bringing deep connections, architectural experience, and a passion for helping clients grow.

HFA Architecture + Engineering is proud to announce the addition of Ana Larranaga as Client Partnerships Lead, focusing primarily on the fast-growing industrial sector.

With a background in architecture and a proven track record in business development, Ana brings a unique blend of technical expertise and relationship-driven leadership to her new role. She thrives on connecting people, building trust, and aligning multidisciplinary teams to deliver results that matter.

“We’re so excited to have Ana on our Client Partnerships Team. She’s going to be a huge asset as we grow our work in logistics, distribution, automation, fulfillment, and cold storage—and her background in architecture gives her a great understanding of what our clients really need. Ana’s one of those people who instantly puts you at ease. She’s deeply connected in the DFW market, active in so many industry groups, and with her family roots and love for Mexico, she’ll also help us expand our client relationships there. She has a real talent for building trust, and people want to work with people they genuinely like—Ana is absolutely one of those people,” said Ed Damphousse, Senior Client Partnerships Lead at HFA.

Ana’s career has been defined by her ability to bridge the gap between design and client vision, ensuring strong alignment from the start. Her approach is rooted in human connection—creating genuine relationships that lead to long-term success.

“There’s so much momentum in the industrial space right now, and that’s what makes it exciting to be part of,” Ana said. “Clients are moving fast, priorities are shifting, and there’s this constant challenge to design smarter, more flexible spaces that can evolve with their needs. HFA understands that better than anyone. With everything in-house—from architecture to engineering—we can move quickly, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver the kind of thoughtful, integrated solutions clients really value.”

In her first months at HFA, Ana is focused on listening, learning, and connecting—both with internal teams and clients.

“I’m excited for this new chapter at HFA,” Ana said. “I’m lucky that I get to collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team, stay closely involved in the work, and continue helping clients grow through strong partnerships and strategic collaboration."
