Burlington

HFA partnered with Burlington and The Wilder Companies to support the transformation of an existing retail space into a new 34,700-square-foot Burlington store in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. The project reflects HFA’s experience delivering coordinated architectural and engineering solutions for tenant improvement projects within active retail environments.

HFA provided landlord support services to expand the existing vacant retail space through a new addition, followed by the site adaptation and implementation of Burlington’s tenant improvement package for a full tenant build-out. Working within existing conditions, our team delivered integrated architecture, MEP, and structural services to ensure a seamless transition from shell to completed retail space.

Throughout the process, HFA worked closely with both the landlord/developer and the tenant to align project goals and meet all stakeholder expectations. This project builds on HFA’s longstanding relationship with The Wilder Companies, supporting upgrades across multiple retail locations throughout New England, as well as our continued work delivering Burlington tenant improvement projects across the region.
