HFA provided architectural and structural engineering services for the new construction of Perkins Subaru, a 56,900-square-foot automotive dealership in Milford, Connecticut. This project represents HFA’s continued experience delivering brand-driven dealership facilities tailored to both corporate and franchise-level requirements.
The new facility includes a 6,000-square-foot showroom, vehicle service bays, and dedicated customer and employee support spaces. HFA worked within Subaru’s corporate brand standards while customizing the design to meet the operational needs of the local franchisee.
Working directly with the corporate-approved developer, New England Subaru, HFA site-adapted the facility to address challenging site constraints while ensuring functional efficiency and brand consistency. This project marked HFA’s second Subaru dealership, further reinforcing the firm’s expertise in automotive retail and dealership design.
