HFA has partnered with real estate developers on multiple Whole Foods–anchored shopping centers across the Northeast. Our services typically include ground-up concept design and entitlements for new stores, as well as construction documents and administration for renovations and additions to existing core-shell spaces. We also prepare interior fit-out drawings and design packages for projects where landlords own the tenant improvement scope.
Each project integrates Whole Foods’ brand identity with local architectural context, with a strong emphasis on ESG objectives.
