Parker’s Kitchen includes new construction convenience store projects across Georgia and South Carolina. Typical stores range from 5,000 to 6,000 square feet. Since 2023, HFA has provided architecture, MEP engineering, structural engineering, and fueling design services.
HFA supports Parker’s Kitchen as the brand grows its store count in both states. The small footprint combines grocery, food service, and retail in one store. This requires close coordination of equipment, back of house needs, and fueling systems.
In 2023, the team took over the store prototype design and ongoing maintenance. This work helps keep new sites consistent as rollout continues. Parker’s Kitchen opened its 100th store in 2025, reinforcing a strong brand presence.
